When Yahoo! unveiled its new Yahoo Weather app for iPhone last April, it won all kinds of critical praise for its beautiful, streamlined design with gorgeous Flickr-powered images. However, it was only available on the iPhone. Well, no longer! Today Yahoo! has released version 1.5 of Yahoo Weather bringing with it full iPad support.

- On iPhone, share a screenshot via Mail, Messages, Facebook, or Twitter by selecting “Share” in the sidebar
- On iPad, share by selecting the share icon on the home screen or “Share” in the sidebar
Now that Yahoo Weather supports the iPad, hopefully Apple will take notice and bring its beautiful iOS 7 Weather app to the big screen. Both apps are similar in design and the use of stunning imagery. It’s shame to restrict such great work to the small screen.
